In 2004, I embarked on my lending career journey at the young age of 17. The catalyst for this path was a family decision to explore refinancing options. My parents, feeling unsure about the loan process, turned to me to review the paperwork. Together, we met with their loan officer. During the meeting, I began to delve into questions about amortization, loan terms, and various programs. To my surprise, by the end of our conversation, the loan officer posed a question of his own: "Would you like a job?" That moment marked the beginning of my 17-year journey in this industry.

With a background in business administration and real estate, I've had the privilege of working on both sides of real estate transactions. However, my specialization lies in residential mortgages for properties ranging from 1 to 4 units. In 2013, I made the deliberate transition back to the lending side, where my expertise truly shines in areas such as down payment assistance layering, investment purchases, and handling intricate lending scenarios. If you bring me a challenge, rest assured, we will find a solution.
